How I Think Through Product Problems
People don’t need another dashboard.
They need to know what to do next.
I design products through the lens of user intent: what triggered the need, what the user is trying to accomplish, where they feel friction, and what outcome they are really after.
My process starts with understanding before solving. I use product discovery, journey mapping, Jobs To Be Done thinking, wireframes, prototypes, validation, and design systems to turn ambiguity into clear, scalable experiences.
For me, good UX is not just about organizing information. It is about helping users make better decisions and move forward with confidence.
